BOULDER, Colo. Nov. 3, 2022 — Music fans who enjoy live performances can join the musicians of the Boulder Symphony for an epic concert at 1820 15th Street, in downtown Boulder, on November 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Boulder Symphony takes on Tchaikovsky’s 4th Symphony – his most epic symphony. Also performed will be Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini by Rachmaninoff, featuring Shangru Du, winner of the 2022 International Keyboard Odyssiad® & Festival Competition, and Hans Zimmer’s Interstellar theme.

Shangru Du, a rising young concert pianist currently studying at Julliard in New York City, was once described by piano legend and scholar Paul Badura-Skoda as “an extraordinary pianist who is full of musicianship.”
