Geoff Hall is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in organizational design, cultural transformation, strategic planning, change management, and leading successful transactions for financial sponsors. He has successfully built and led executive teams across sales, marketing, operations, legal, finance, quality, and engineering. He currently serves as an executive advisor to several private equity firms in the medical technology sector. Prior to these positions, he was the CEO of both Pulse Systems and Precision Wire Components, which are medical technology companies that design and manufacture a range of finished medical products and minimally invasive components across a broad spectrum of medical therapies. Both companies were successful private equity transactions under Geoff’s leadership. Prior to his CEO roles, he served for over 10 years in a variety of leadership positions at Medtronic, the world’s leading medical device company.
Geoff is an internationally award-nominated composer and musician. While his primary instrument is the guitar, he also has a degree from the Berklee College of Music in Orchestration and Scoring for Film and Television.
Geoff and his family have lived in Boulder County, off and on, since 2001 and love calling Colorado home.
